4 House Robbers arrested after high speed chase.

Fox Tactical Units, working with members of Mondeor SAPS, responded when they received a hit from Vumacams in Mulbarton, Glenvista. A high speed chase ensued from Eves Road in Mulbarton, on to Swartkoppies road. The suspects started firing at Fox and the police and officers returned fire. The driver of the suspects car lost control of the vehicle and crashed. Four suspects were arrested at the scene.

Fatal Accident in Tulisa Park

A fatal accident occured on Southrand Road corner Voortrekker Street, Tulisa Park.
National Paramedics D03 and FOX/NPS Response vehicle responded to reports of a serious motor vehicle accident.
Upon arrival crews found one vehicle lying on its side with the patient trapped under the vehicle.
The patient was assessed and was declared deceased on the scene.  Another patient was transported to a nearby hospital for further care.  The cause of the accident will be investigated by JMPD.

This morning one of Fox Reaction officers noticed a suspicious male walking with a bunch of powertools and a Welder. A purse with a card was also found on the suspects with the names D.D Anderson.

Reaction stopped the male and tried to determine where he got those tools. He could not provide us with information on where he got it from. It is suspected that he broke into a property in the Randhart area.

IF you can identify these powertools to be yours and you had a positive break in at your property during the early hours of this morning please contact Fox Security immediately.

The suspect will be detained at Alberton Police station for possession of suspected stolen goods.

Local News: Fox Security apprehends wanted mall robbers at the Glen

On Wednesday morning Fox Security Tactical and Reaction units responded to reports of a shooting at The Glen shopping centre.

One suspect, armed with a firearm taken from a security officer at the mall, was apprehended in Voster Avenue.

An off-duty Fox reaction officer at the Glen shopping centre, identified a vehicle that fitted the description for previously committed armed robberies at the Mall of the South and various other malls in Johannesburg. The officer called for backup and the Fox tactical team was activated.

It was found that the vehicle’s registration number was false and the suspect was arrested on the scene. Gloves and reflected vests were also found inside the vehicle.

Local News: CPF Member airlifted after being shot multiple times in Ridgeway.

On Saturday evening Fox Security Medical unit responded to a shooting scene in Ridgeway.

According to Fox Security, reports from the scene indicated one CPF member was shot multiple times when he was in persuit of  armed house robbers.

Fox Medic arrived on the scene to find one adult male shot in the chest and abdomen and in a critical condition.  According to Fox Security the patient was stabilised on the scene by the Fox Medical Team and National Paramedics. Advanced life support interventions was carried out by ER24 Paramedics.

The patient was airlifted to a nearby hospital for specialised care by Netcare911 HEMS.

According to Fox Security the CPF member is in a stable condition and recovering in hospital.

CRIME NEWS: SUSPECT APPREHENDED WITH WANTED VEHICLE AND BREAKING IMPLEMENTS. UNION HOSPITAL.

This morning a suspicious vehicle was picked up in the Glenvista area. The vehicle was followed by Glenvista Cpf members when they called for backup.

Fox Tactical units responded to assist where the vehicle parked in the parking area of Union Hospital. The vehicle Registration number and Vin number was checked and came back as wanted as a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was stolen in Kempton park area earlier this month.

The suspect was detained on scene and the vehicle was searched. Car Breaking impliments and a remote jammer was found in the vehicle..

CRIME NEWS: 3 SUSPECTS BEHIND BARS.

3 SUSPECTS BEHIND BARS.
WALSINGHAM STREET.
MULBARTON.

This afternoon we got an Alert of a suspicious vehicle that entered the area that is potentially involved in theft of motor vehicles in numerous areas.

Multiple units comprising of Fox Security Reaction and Tactical unit, Glenvista CPF members and Mondeor SAPS Crime Prevention units were placed on high alert. The vehicle was spotted scouting vehicles at the shoppong centres. SAPS was notified of the vehicles location. The suspects noticed the members monitoring them and tried to flee.

A high speed chase ensued where the vehicle lost control in Walsingham street.

All 3 suspects were arrested on scene.
False numberplates, a Jammer device, vehicle computer Boxes and keys, vehicle breaking impliments were all found in the vehicle.

Well done to all units for the swift reaction and getting these Criminals out of the area..

Fox Bust Drug Dealers

Drug dealer nabbed in Meyersdal

On Wednesday morning information was received of a possible drug dealer that was about to drop off drugs in the area.

The full vehicle description was obtained from the informants. Fox Tactical units and SAPS JHB K9 Units observed the area.

At around 11H20 the vehicle was spotted driving up Michelle ave towards Meyersdal. The vehicle was stopped by SAPS JHB K9 unit.

Upon searching the vehicle SAPS found a large amount of Cash and 5 Ziplock bags of dagga.

The suspect was detained at Brackendowns SAPS.
