Sunday, 11 October 2020 is National Garden Day and tameTIMES would like to celebrate it with you.
Most of the year we plant, water and work in our gardens. Garden Day is the day where you sit in your garden and reap the rewards of all your hard work. It does not matter if you have a small or big garden of even just a patio. Garden day is the day where you put your garden tools down, take your garden gloves off and enjoy your garden.
This year is even more special. For the last few months, everyone have turned to the gardens to find balance. Gardening has been proven to boost both mental and physical well-being. It creates a sense of belonging. With summer upon us, your garden offers you a chance to pause, reflect and celebrate a season of new beginnings.
Ways to celebrate Garden Day:
Send us your garden photos, let’s celebrate together. We will be posting some ideas to help you plan your garden day. This will include recipe ideas, things to do and make with children in your garden, what to plant in your garden for the summer, pool safety.
