This dish is very colorful and has different textures.
2 carrots, 4 leaves of purple cabbage, 2 large mushrooms, bamboo shoots, spinach and green onions.
Sautéed 1 chopped onion, four minced cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of minced ginger, sprinkled paprika, turmeric, lime peel, dry rosemary, salt and pepper to taste. You can get these from your local Spar
Add the vegetables, mixed and cooked until desired texture.
