Today the communication officer, Vispol members, CPF and youth crime prevention as part of ADOPT A Cop visited Encochoyini Primary School. The objective of the visit was to welcome the learners from the school holidays to ensure their safety

Captain Betty Dhlanini and Rethabile front youth crime prevention addressed the learners from grade one to grade seven about drugs, bullying and the danger of carrying dangerous weapons in school.

Learners were encouraged to report crime. The school principal welcomed the initiative that will strengthen the relationship between the police and the school.

Police visibility will still be intensified at hotspots to protect vulnerable learners.

Police are sending a warning to those criminals who think they will take advantage of learners who will be coming to our communities from other provinces.

The campaign will continue to all other schools.
